As part of the Science Festival on the theme "Tomorrow the Ocean", The MJC organizes conferences, Workshops and an exhibition.
Three conferences are offered.
Saturday October 8 3:00 p.m.: Fresco workshop of the climate with Benoit Cogne (all audiences, MJC theater studio):
To understand climate change, The collaborative workshop "The climate fresco" makes it possible to understand most of the climatic issues to take action.
Tuesday October 11 6:30 p.m.: History and geography of the territory by Joel Le Texier of the A.V.E.N.I.R. (for all, MJC theater studio)
Thursday October 13 6:30 p.m.: Climate change, The consequences on our coast by Jean-Claude Menard of the Loire Vilaine estuary association (all audiences, MJC theater studio)
Data and uncertainties of climate change.
What solutions to submersions, storms, erosions, droughts?
Attenuation and adaptation: habitat, mobility, The services rendered by ecosystems.
Sobriety: how to live better with less.
Workshops will be organized and open to all on Saturday October 15 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
An exhibition "Tomorrow the Ocean" will also be visible from October 8 to 15 at the MJC mezzanine (Place des Salines) (cf. attached flyer).
